Wow, out of nowhere - a leaked report last night suggesting that the Government were going to release Estate and Letting Agents as one of the first industries out of lock-down - and that speculation has just been confirmed with the publication of the latest guidelines having just been issued.

Goes without saying but just to be absolutely clear: for us, this is the time to really focus on our clients, to build deeper relationships, ensure the safety of all Tenants and protect our Landlords legally, whilst maximising their income - it is the time for being ourselves and demonstrating the honest, hospitable and warm culture that we have all helped to build.
When it comes to Tenant safety we will respond immediately and determine if there is an imminent threat and, if essential, we will act in a reasonable and responsible manner without delay and in good faith with the highest principals - carefully mitigating the risk to all whilst considering and reducing the chance of virus transmission.
