Please note that Cavendish Residential reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred should the nature of the fault be down to Tenant misuse.

Note: if you have an external water leak from your roof, doors, windows or guttering due to high winds/rainfall please note that any repair can only be undertaken in daylight when the high winds/rainfall have stopped. Please contact us in normal working hours in regards to such issues and we will assist as soon as possible.
